Set-back thermostats
|
|
| Set-back thermostats provide a simple alternative to programmable room thermostats and are ideal for use where the user does not have a defined living pattern but wants the energy saving and comfort benefits of being able to select a pre-set saving temperature during un-occupied periods or over night. All models incorporate an LCD display allowing the user to easily identify what mode the thermostat is in and what the room temperature is. Versions are available that require the user to select both setback and return to comfort setting. Other versions provide a timed return to comfort setting usually used to return the heating to comfort condition first thing in the morning. |

... and choose an electronic thermostat with chrono-proportional capabilities.
The use of an electronic room thermostat with chrono-proportional capability ensures the boiler remains in condensing mode more often providing closer temperature control and maximising savings. Reductions of up to 10% in both fuel and carbon emissions are achievable.
The TP5000Si and TP7000 programmable room thermostats, plus the RET-B range of thermostats all incorporate chrono-proportional technology. |
