Choose the right radiator thermostats

Danfoss offers a wide range of different sensors to fulfill all requirements. Please see below for instructions on how to choose the right sensor:

For all usual applications a built-in sensor can be used.

If the radiator is exposed to draught or is placed in e.g. convector niches or behind curtains, you have to use a remote sensor.

If the temperature setting is not possible at the radiator, e.g. if the radiator is encased or it is an underfloor convector, use a remote temperature adjuster.

RA-PLUS is a programmable radiator thermostat that enables users to lower the individual room temperature by approx. three degrees Celsius during selected periods of the day, thereby reducing heat consumption without any detrimental effects on comfort.

The return temperature limiter is used for regulation of return temperature from radiators, convectors and small floor heating systems.
